Virginia* recently lost her son
and was caring for her young
grandchildren. Grieving and
navigating a new reality, even
simple tasks like completing
the Energy Security Plan
felt daunting. Thanks to the
accessibility PAC provides by
offering in-person application
support, a PAC staff member
was able to entertain the
children while Virginia got
personal help with her
application. She was ultimately
enrolled, ensuring that she and
her grandchildren received the
assistance they needed.
