PARTICIPANTS
Our commitment to supporting ALICE (Asset Limited,
Income Constrained, Employed) households compels us
to focus on equity to ensure that all community members
have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Through our 21-Day Equity Challenges, our UWSCMI
team, partners and community members can learn about
inequities based on race, disability, gender and sexual
orientation. Daily emails examine how they came to
be, how they show up in everyday life, and how we can
dismantle them.
In May 2025, UWSCMI led 390 participants through the
21-Day Racial Equity Challenge. Content for all challenges
